Our in-home services are available 24/7 and range from daily living assistance to complex care.
Support workers deliver daily living assistance and personal care such as showering, grooming, domestic duties, house cleaning, light gardening, and meal preparation.
They provide transport services and assist clients with their grocery and personal shopping, attendance at medical appointments and other necessary activities.
They support clients to achieve their social and community participation goals, including visits to parks, cultural or musical events, catchups and meals with family and friends, and involvement in recreational or sporting activities.
Bridges Alliance nursing staff are also trained to provide more complex in-home care services ranging from medication administration and bowel management assistance to wound care, ventilator management, PEG feeding, tracheostomy management, and more.
