Bridges Alliance specialises in providing high quality, long-term accommodation and housing solutions to NDIS participants staffed by support workers with a passion for people with a disability and the skills to deliver effective and appropriate services to their clients.
We ensure our clients have a home they can call their own.
How do we accomplish this? By developing a diverse range of residential options tailored to suit individual, couple and family preferences, needs and circumstances.
In the past people with a disability and their families were offered limited choice regarding housing type, preferred geographical location, number of co-residents and choice of staff.
Bridges Alliance utilises a wide range of accommodation and housing types to support NDIS participants, including houses, apartments, granny flats, studios and Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA).
We provide a dedicated Services and Relationship Coordinator who focuses solely on you and your experience during the SIL process.
Geographical location is determined in consultation with our clients and their families.
We limit the number of co-residents to a maximum three clients in order to create a homely and caring environment.
We listen to each client’s voice and preferences in determining staff selection and rostering in their home.
A suburban home for the individual who enjoys light walking outdoors, gardening and social connection.
For the individual who enjoys community connection, entertainment and attractions.
If you love having the option to socialise or simply enjoy a nice walk on a sunny day, Harrington Park has what you’re looking for!
